At The Perfume Brand, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy to make your shopping experience pleasant and worry-free.
Return conditions
You can return unopened products within 30 days of the purchase date.
The product must be unopened, unused and in the original packaging with all labels and seals intact.
Return process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at hello@theperfumebrand.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
Once your request is approved, you will receive a return number along with instructions on how to return the product.
Securely pack the unopened product in its original packaging to prevent damage during shipping.
Clearly write the provided return number on the outside of the package.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe arrival of your return.
After receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return conditions. Once approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Exception
We do not accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene reasons.
